This policy is being finalised. Suddenly65 is a California business and this page will carry a full CCPA/CPRA-compliant privacy notice before launch. It is not published yet, and this page is a placeholder rather than a statement of our obligations.
In the meantime, the commitments we do make are on our About page, and any question about your data can go to privacy@suddenly65.com.
What we can tell you today
- You do not need an account to read the guides or to use Sage, and we do not ask for your name.
- If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address and which page you subscribed from, so we can send the newsletter and see which guides are useful.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email address or your conversations with Sage.
- Sage conversations are never tied to an advertiser.
- We use HubSpot for our contact records and analytics, and Netlify to host the site. Both process data on our behalf.
